Allele Terms of Service

Welcome to AlleleRoblox.cc ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or downloading content from our website and inserting our asset(s) into your experience(s), you agree to these Terms of Service:

1. License and Usage

Allele offers free, high-quality medical models for Roblox developers. By downloading or using our assets:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the assets in your Roblox games.

• You may not resell, re-upload, or redistribute any asset. Instead, always link directly to the download page on AlleleRoblox.cc.

• You may not access any Allele asset from a non-official download site.

2. Modification Guidelines

You may:

• Change part colors to match your game aesthetic.

You may not:

• Remove, obscure, resize, replace, or hide any Allele logos. Logos must remain fully visible at all times.

• Modify or remove any UI elements or scripts included in the asset.

• Change watermarks by adding or removing custom branding.

• Reverse engineer, decrypt, or tamper with internal code.

Any customization beyond color changes must receive explicit approval from an Allele administrator. 

3. Redistribution Rules

• You may not share Allele assets directly through files, models, group assets, or toolboxes.

• Always reference AlleleRoblox.cc and share a link to the official download page.

4. Removal Requests

If an Allele admin requests that you remove any Allele asset from your game or experience, you must comply immediately, regardless of prior usage permissions.

5. Updates & Legacy Versions

• While it is not mandatory, we strongly recommend keeping your Allele models up to date to receive improvements and fixes.

• Legacy tech is not maintained and will not receive routine updates.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use any Allele asset in an experience that has been unethically obtained, via place theft, or fraud.

• Use Allele assets in ways that violate Roblox’s Community Standards or Terms of Use.

• Upload or merge Allele assets with third-party content for private use or resale.

• Attempt to impersonate Allele or misrepresent affiliation with our brand.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Revoke asset usage from any user who violates these terms.

• Maintain internal records or a blacklist of users/groups who misuse our content or are in bad standing with Allele.
